OUR TEAM

Jaime Jimenez is passionate about operating and growing business. Throughout his career, he has participated in transactions totaling US$1.5 billion in direct equity, mezzanine and leveraged loans. He brings 15+ years of deal evaluation and execution experience with a successful record of leading global industry agnostic M&A deals, as well as a hands-on portfolio company manager to spearhead growth initiatives.

Earlier in his career he worked at Highland Capital Management where he was responsible for identifying and evaluating opportunistic LBO investments, deal execution and managed a portfolio of leveraged loan assets.

Jaime has successfully cleared the level 2 of the CFA designation. He earned an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical and electrical engineering from ITESM Monterrey
